    从酥皮是个非常方便的烘培半成品,无论是自制还是冷冻的,只要手上有一块酥皮,裹上自己爱吃的内馅,放进烤箱烤一烤,当下就是全世界最美味的食物了。

    Step 1

    烤箱预热200C°;将鸡蛋打散成蛋液,备用。Pre-heat oven at 200°C; egg beaten.

    Step 2

    将1张酥皮平铺在料理台上,把4片芝士平铺在酥皮上。Spread 1 sheet of puff pastry on table top, arrange 4 slices cheese on top of it.

    Step 3

    接着将4片方形火腿平铺在酥皮上。Put 4 slices bacon on top of 4 slices cheese.

    Step 4

    将剩下的4片芝士,再铺在火腿上。And then top the bacon with the remaining cheese slices.

    Step 5

    盖上另外一张酥皮,用刀切割成长条状,备用。Cover with another sheet of puff pastry; and then cut into long strips.

    Step 6

    将火腿芝士酥皮扭转成螺旋状,排放在烤盘上,并涂上蛋液,撒上芝士粉。Swing the bacon pastry strips into swirl form; and then place on baking tray and brush with egg sauce before sprinkle grated cheese over it.

    Step 7

    将火腿芝士酥皮放入烤箱,烤约15分钟至金黄即可取出,撒上干罗勒,即可享用。Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown; remove from oven and garnish with some basil, serve.
